Have any of you had any annoyances in the railroad industry. My dad does since he is an electronics & communications tech for these people.
Sometimes he gets called unexpectedly to do something whether its with radios,AEI- automatic equipment ID systems which use RF tags to ID locomotives & cars & similar systems which monitor various locomotive & car operating conditions, EOT -end of train monitoring & other things that can malfunction or fail. Just today one AEI system lost it's phone line connection.
