Hilton Set For Tinkerbell Role?
4 December 2008 4:17 AM, PST

Paris Hilton is reportedly lined up to appear in a live version of Peter Pan.

The Simple Life star has impressed bosses at Disney with her movie roles and her online comedy sketches, according to New York Post gossip column PageSix.

And now they are said to be keen for Hilton to bring the fairy Tinkerbell to life in a live-action version of the story.

A source tells the website, "Paris has worked on her acting chops lately and showed some comedy prowess in her YouTube spoof of running for president. Disney suits saw it and think she may be developing some comedic-actress potential."

Why does anyone care?

And just from a "looks" perspective I could see it working. Though she clearly stinks as an "actress."

Paris Hilton as Tinkerbell? Oh well, things could be worse. Just be glad they didn't cast Jack Black for the part. Now that would be a disturbing Tinkerbell.

The slippery slope started when Disney let Vanessa Hudgens do HSM3 despite her appearing nude on the internet...

Last night I saw the South Park with Paris Hilton in it, and then had a nightmare where she was my girlfriend. Scary stuff. Had to have a dream about the biggest Tim Hortons in the world opening in the UK to make up for it.
