Registered: Dec 1999 posted 02-11-2009 08:52 PM                     Does anyone or has anyone ever played the Oscars on their cinema screens? You wouldn't be allowed to charge but is it allowable? This year due to a lack of any real interest by the public in the two previous shows they decided not to do it again. We put the Oscar broadcast on the screen in HD for them. Compared to previous years, hardly anyone showed up, but we did well overall. I remember when we first opened it used to be a swanky affair; they have a photographer and went all out. Now they just have a special menu, but still encourage people to wear formal attire.  |  IP: Logged
