Tony Rochford - projectionist, technician and all round great bloke passed away on Monday.

It's always sad to hear when a friend dies but in this case, Tony's passing is one that will be mourned by all in the Australian Cinema Industry.

I have had the delightful pleasure of working with Tony on occasions, every one a delight and every one an incredible learning experience. Tony's knowledge and passion for the film industry, and projection in particular, will be sorely missed by all who had the pleasure to know him.

We're going to miss you, mate.
