It sounds pathetic - I live only 30 miles from Bradford but am always swamped by 'day job' stuff around the time of the Widescreen Weekend and can never give it the attention it deserves. However, three long-distance friends, one of whom is coming all the way from Hollywood, are going this year, and so I'd better show up if only for one day! On the website it says "Presented in 4-track magnetic sound" which would suggest a 70mm print, yet the performance is in the small Cubby Broccoli theatre which I didn't think was equipt for 70mm.
