Woohoo!
7 years and 1000 posts on the fine Film-Tech forums. Yay!

Okay I'm done celebrating. Some of you are probably going "I remember when I made my 1000th post. Back then I had to walk to and from the nearest computer uphill in the snow. Both ways."

But seriously. Thanks Film-Tech.
You've been a never ending well of information, entertainment, a mentor, and great friend.
Keep up the good work, everyone!

Nah, what they say is "I remember when I made my 1000th post. Back then I was running changeovers with nitrate film an 1000 foot reels. You kids and your stupid video players."

Nah! Me and Archer were coating wet plates in his lab when I made my 1,000th post! I had to quickly tap out my message on a telegraph key before the collodion hardened!

We used to dream of tapping out our messages on a telegraph key before the collodion hardened. Would have been luxury for us...
