No matter your opinion on Mr. Ebert's movie opinions, bringing up his tragic disabilities is as low as low can get. Even though I disagree with his opinions at times (What Dreams May Come, which he thought a masterpiece and I thought a total piece of shyte), I believe his reviews have depth, substance, and thoughfulness which few bootlicking toadie reviewers dare trod. He obviously loves film and hates to see perfection compromised (and I've seen plenty of 2K presentations where the RGB was not properly set, yielding pictures with red or green fringes on the edges).
