The Saginaw News reported today (3/23/14) the death of the owner of the VASSAR theatre.

"Vassar Theatre owner Tim O'Brien died of a heart attack March 19. His visitation and funeral will be conducted in the theatre."

Tim was only 52 years old.

The community will miss this supporter of the motion picture arts.

Farewell Tim. May your trip to the big theatre in the sky be a pleasant one.
