Hello my name is Jonathan A. Boschen, and I am a bit new here. I am a film historian and also a filmmaker. I am doing a history documentary on Jamison Handy and his iconic company the Jam Handy Organization. Several people here may know Handy for the enjoyable films his studio did for chevrolet (the Direct Mass Selling series of the 30s (which had those Nicky Nome cartoons), all those theatrical screen ads, and those four lavish Technicolor Superscope films of the 50s), however his legacy and his accomplishments go well beyond these films. As a matter of fact the history of both him and his iconic company are rather fascinating! This project is about 13 years in the making, and it is topic I have extensively researched since I was a sophomore in High School. Please visit my Kickstarter page for more information and help me raise my goal of $27,000, to make this film possible.
Thank you for your consideration!
