China Taking 3D Porn Sequel to Fourth Dimension

Source: iwatchstuff.com

quote:
Last year, China's 3D porn Sex and Zen 3D: Extreme Ecstasy famously topped Avatar's opening day gross in Hong Kong, proving the horny populace of Asia would rather see some three-dimensional tits than admire the unmemorable contours of Sam Worthington's head. But Sex and Zen producers aren't content to merely top James Cameron in being Hong Kong's superior purveyor of 3D erotica--like Cameron, they want to innovate, while they masturbate. So, for the Sex and Zen sequel (of course there's going to be a sequel), they're taking it to the FOURTH DIMENSION. Surprisingly, the fourth dimension of porn is not smell.

Producer Stephen Shiu Jr. claims the sequel--tentatively titled 4D Sex and Zen: Slayer of a Thousand from the Mysterious East, until they can come up with a better euphemism for fucking a thousand Asian ladies--will make use of the motion technology within the seats, already installed in at least one Hong Kong theater, to give audiences a physical sensation outside their discreet, in-pant masturbation. Porn-loving audiences will occasionally be jostled by vibrations set to go off at certain points in the film, thus simulating the sexual excitement of realizing you've been sitting on the spare Wii remote. Progress!

Shiu claims the sequel will also address complaints from those who thought the 3D sex wasn't filthy enough for the modern internet age of pornography. According to the producer, "This time we will be paying more attention to that, and will be enlisting the aid of [porn?] experts from Japan to direct these scenes." Because, despite any conflicts they've had with Japan, even China has to admit those guys are the experts when it comes to making some fucked up filthy shit. Expect 3D tentacles as the baseline.

The Japanese? Experts at fucked up filthy shit? Uh, I don't think the fellows doing the judging knows much about what's being shot on video in Germany.

So they finally got D-Box in China? Oh, wait. I'm sure they just ripped it off. It's probably called D-Cube or D-Container. With the Japanese helping out, everything will be a mosaic mess. I don't know what goes on in Germany but that place is the king of censorship. Maybe not for porn, but for everything else, definitely. Germany is always the first to block any given Youtube video.

I don't know about Germany blocking non-porn content. But from the small sample I've seen that country has everyone else beat on depraved sexual content.

It's the music industry. Sometimes they even get their own movie trailers (advertisement) blocked and you will get a message like "This contains music by Sony Music so this video is not available in your region". There is no state-run control or censorship for YouTube videos in Germany.

And there is a constant battle between YouTube and GEMA (the German version of ASCAP) about license payment:

Guardian article: YouTube vs GEMA

I totally agree with Bobby about the depraved porn stuff... [puke]

one 'Extreme Ecstasy' sex is on the level of Cinemaxx's soft porn late night flix, and two, it's a really bad movie, regardless of how much it made in the theaters, I don't expect the sequel to be any better.

So what actually is the purpose of SOFT-porn anyway? Really. Doesn't it kinda defeat the whole purpose of porn in the first place? The purpose being NOT to keep things soft? [Wink]

Agreed on Germany. In a German video store I saw one (just saw the box on the shelf!) called "Fun with Eels". I don't want to remember the cover image. The entire "Animals" section of the XXX section was rather horrific, but that one was the weirdest. Eels???

Soft porn is a reasonable product. Where there's censorship, that's all one can exhibit - if that. So if you want to extract cash from people who will pay to see porn, that's what you sell. I don't understand why people pay for porn though... the stuff on the internet for free seems unlimited. Maybe there's some porn theatre culture that I don't understand (or, really, want to understand).
