I have a couple of "concert videos" that I would like to make DCPs of after trimming songs out. Can anybody recommend a good editor for MKV files? I'm using MakeMKV to create the files from Blu-Rays.

You can do basic trimming in DCP-o-matic as well. Saves the hassle of intermediate storage, possible recompression, etc. But of course it is very rudimentary. You can, however, do basic split edits.
