I just took a bunch of bottles to the recycle depot and while I was there I saw an amazing sight.

How do you get 100 or so empty milk jugs out to the recycling depot?

A guy walked in with them on a string through the handles. He was dragging about 40 feet of milk jugs down the street behind him.

Clever solution, and it was certainly something to see...

Clever indeed!

Our curbside recycling asks that we smash the jugs. I reuse the large plastic bags that come in the large popcorn tub boxes to bag up all my recyclables... They can hold a whole lot of smashed jugs but certainly not 100 haha.

Yay for recycling!

Hit them with with steam to soften up the plastic, then crush them flat by stepping on them.

We just stood on them and had another guy put the cap back on.
