    Hello,
    I’m in the UK and am finding it difficult to place an order in the Store for some 35mm media rolls. I get a message at checkout out to email, to finalise my order but haven’t received a reply. Can anyone offer advice as to how I should move ahead?

    Hi Neal,
    Shipping outside of the US can't be auto-calculated on the online store, hence the need to email so a special item can be setup for your specific destination. Please make sure you emailed websales@film-tech.com (I'm not sure what email the store directed you to use.)
