With a Kinoton lamphouse, the 35mm portion is absolutely fine. For 16mm, you are concentrating a lot of energy in a very small area. It can certainly be done but I'd proceed with caution. Also, you should expect the light efficiency of 16mm to be notably lower as your arc size compared to the aperture is significant (Etendue).
