  • Eprad eCNA200 Factory Reset

    Hello,

Is it possible to reset an eCNA200 to factory defaults. I can't long into the web server I tried 314159 doesn't work. I can't log into the Cine Manager as well. I can connect to the unit via the network I just can't log into anything

If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated

    Thank you

I put in lots of them, but always left the factory password. You can try powering it down, and pulling the memory battery out for a while. That may reset everything, and then, it may not. If not, you can also go on Eprad's web site and email them. www.eprad.com You can download manuals and software updates.

    Steve Guttag may also know...

I may be wrong, but I don't think that the user/pw are changeable.

S1-2 (dip switch), when set, will reset the automation to factory defaults on boot up. Then, turn it off so on the next boot up, it doesn't wipe whatever you do. I'd also suggest changing the battery as I'm sure it is old enough now that it is going to have MEM FAULTs due to a weak/flat battery.

Note, they stopped developing firmware for the eCNA-200 a long time ago (maybe 2015 ish...or earlier). It was the crossover automation that handled film AND Digital Cinema.
