Wanted: Philips DP70 Take-up parts lower friction needed.

Hello dear colleagues,

I am looking for replacement parts for the mechnical gear which drives the lower friction for the take-up spool for the DP70.
If new old stock are not available, has anyone looked into re-manufacture these in recent years after 2000:s or so?

Any help or advice would be appreciated. The parts in question are nr: 22 & 36 in the DP70 parts list below.
