Well, that's one intense movie.
The last scene in the movie (ending) you could see coming a mile away, but everything prior to that was pretty much a *ahem* surprise.
If you've seen the movie you'll get the reference.
I particularly enjoyed the sound effects and the use of empty space to show the invisible man. Or maybe not. Is he here right now or isn't he?
The movie has an overall theme of intimate partner violence that some people might find upsetting. But it's a darn good movie.
Unfortunately, after The Invisible Man I've sort of run out of "new-ish" movies to play here so what I'll be playing after this week is still sort of up in the air. With the exception of Hockey 24, the other movies I've been playing are more-or-less breaking even so we'll see what this one does. I keep wishing for something that's more than break-even of course. This is a good movie so people will come to see it. I hope.
