Really stupid question: showing flat films on Scope screens

    It occurs to me that even if the lens was out of range, they should still be able to scale the image down so it would be the right size. They would lose some light and resolution, but that’s better than cropping.

      Yes.

      I suspect, but do not know, that on the nights the projectionist isn't there they don't want people doing anything more complex than knowing how to get the show started.

      The issue for me is they apparently don't want the projectionist to be doing it when he's there, either.

      It doesn't make sense to me.

            For many years, from the original producers, Filmack; no idea if they still sell them or not, as there are some third parties selling them too, though perhaps not legally.

              For licensing, you need to contact MK12.
