Slack / Microsoft Teams

Hi All,

Has anyone tried using workflow/ team-management software like "Slack" or "Microsoft Teams" at their theater? In some ways I can see it being super useful for communication and ensuring regular tasks get done on a small management team, but I'm hesitant. Does anyone have any experience or us a similar program or app?

We use Slack at my main business for comms but we haven't used any workflow or task management functions. It's just for chat and searching historical messages. WAY better than email for moving things quicker.
