When you go to a bar, the bartender pours out the bottle into a glass.

Not in Montana, they wouldn't. No bar I've ever seen in Montana will pour your bottle into a glass, unless you ask for it that way. They WILL open it for you, but then you drink it right out of the bottle. If you want a glass of beer, you go to a bar that has it on tap. Even nice restaurants will usually offer the "bottle or tap?" option.
Anytime you pour beer into a glass, you cause it to lose some of its fizz, so why would you want to do that?
