A couple came to the show last night who come here once, maybe twice a year at the most, so they're not regular customers or anything like that. I know his name, but he isn't really someone that I talk to if I see him on the street.
When they walked in he said, "How much for us?" I said "Eighteen dollars." He handed me $50 bill and said, "I don't need any change back, I'm just so glad that you can keep the theatre going."
Again, this is a guy that I don't really know and who doesn't even come to the show all that often.
To say that I was surprised would be an understatement.
