*Urgent* Army of the Dead DCP subtitle issue

Need help here , first showing of Army of the Dead last night has a subtitle pop up on screen like 10 - 15mins into movie and then stay there for the next half hour . Apparantly it's a problem that multiple theaters are having , after reaching out to studio about the issue I received this response .

Studio advised....

rendering subs through their server and/or turn on the subtitle overlay setting for the sub title problem with Army of the Dead.

What type of server do you use? What does the subtitle say? On some servers, using projector side vs. server side subtitling may make a difference. However, that response sounds rather chaotic. The CPL you*re playing - is it an OV or a VF?

Have you reviewed the XML for the first reel? At 10 to 15 minutes in, I assume it's in the first reel. If you want, I could review it.
