I'm starting to play with Cine Digital Manager and I've stumbled upon some questions.
I'm looking to have an alternative to having Dolby's Show Manager since that platform is now gone. In preparation of integrating DSS servers with others (e.g. SR-1000s or IMS3000s), yet still retain the "hands-on" that Show Manager had, Cine Digital seems like a possible fit and many people seem to like it.
I'm noting on the "DSS" servers, it is complaining about "Storage Missing" though it can see the content just fine (you can build up shows, transfer...etc.). Is there any set up parameter I seem to be missing? Also, it doesn't seem to know if the server has the KDM ingested or not (at least, if it didn't do the ingesting). It is flagging shows as missing KDMs when they are indeed present.
So again, is there something I'm missing on set up? One screen is a CAT745 system and the other is a CAT862 and both have been flagged, but not on every title, at least not in the CAT862 theatre.
