I don't know how to solve the problem, but I would check whether, at any time, the RAID array was disconnected.
Why?
If the system doesn't mount the storage drive (RAID array) to the specific folder, it will try to ingest to the folder in question.
Running the diagnostic tools would also be a great idea.
Contacting Dolby would be wise.
