We also separate our booth networks form the rest of the building network. There is one connection behind a router to the management network. Audio and content networks are not connected to the rest of the building typically.

However, depending on the complex I could see a use case for the ability to connect a Dante enabled mixer or something from the lobby or a mezzanine and you may want the ability to plug into any network drop however this would be a very unique specialized use case not your typical multiplex at all.
