I've been advocating for years about trying to push a clean environment for projectors. Particularly with Sony machines.
I've done a few service visits where the air was being circulated within the room by an AC unit and every time I was wondering "what am I doing here"
Indeed the risk is that the AC unit might fail leaving the room very hot in summer. And, depending on the room, you might have to cool down the booth in Winter too when it's freezing outside. Clearly heat exchange solutions are too expensive for that.
Or - my POV - it's easier to sell a system which does NOT come with a complex HVAC system as that would make the number at the bottom of the page too big. It won't matter if the number will get big anyways over the years with maintenance and faults.
