Connection to IMB has been lost

We have CP2220 with IMB-S2 and after upgrading to 4.8.1 (3) projector can't connect to IMB.

Have you remarried? , are there any error related screen shots available ?

Do you have the dreaded FIPS LED lit on the IMB-S2...its only a matter of time before it happens to them.

Hall3 SS.png Yes, it's married. We also have the same projector in different hall and tested it, once power on projector it connected to IMB.

If the IMB works in another theatre, then I'd check the IMB configuration to make sure that is correct, if so, then it would appear to be a backplane issue or possibly a PIB issue (worth reseating).
