Maybe this question has been asked elsewhere, but I didn't find it.
The IMS3000 has a feature when you drop an automation cue on a CPL. In addition to asking for a timestamp, it also allows you to select clip markers, like "First Frame of End Credits". This never works, and selecting that option always puts the cue at the beginning of the CPL at time code 00:00:00.
I've opened up multiple CPLs and the credits markers are in there, attached to the last reel. For whatever reason the IMS3000 can't recognize them or any other location marker aside from the "First Frame of Composition", which is always attached to reel 1.
Is this a known issue, or is there some switch somewhere that isn't set right?
