CP2308 Dowser Jam

Hi Everyone,

We've noticed this issue at rare intervals before, where either a macro initiated DOWSER CLOSE or manually initiated close will projected a fuzzy white image on the screen with only a corner of the picture blacked out. This issue is now consistent every time we attempt to close the dowser, so we actively avoid using the dowser.

Is there an easy fix for the dowser? Who else has encountered this problem?

Projector is a Christie CP2308, 2.1K lamp.

Probably the dowser was touching the lens or not precisely aligned. I hope that in CP2308 Christie installed the modified dowser with the metal cup on the plastic block that connects the dowser to the motor...
