Hi all,
Just wanted to let you all know that the issue has remained fixed !!!
In the end it was the ethernet cable on the back of the "back plane" that connected on the IMB portion that created tose constant, "ICP Com" and then "no Marriage" issues.
So if you see it again - maybe this will help.
