We have two NeoDCP perpetual licenses for non DCI private playback.
We've bought new computers, but we can't transfer the NeoDCP perpetual licenses to the new computers, because the technical staff of NeoDCP are not answering to our e-mails asking the transfer of the licenses.
They are in breach of their own license because the license transfers from one to other PC is allowed by the perpetual license.
Neo DCP is a good DCP player, but the response of the technical service is disastrous.
Has anyone else experienced these issues with NeoDCP tech support?
