New certificate type for ims3000

Hello all,

While updating certificates for KDM generation I've noticed a new certificate file on Dolby servers, mostly for IMS-3000 it seems, called sha256_sign.

From testing, I see these certs are not accepted for KDM generation (at least for normal SMPTE and Interop DCPs) giving a wrong cert/cert mismatch when ingested and I wanted to know what's the intended use of this cert.

Every server uses a range of different certs. In the case of the IMS3000, it could also be the ATMOS cert.
