Yes on the forced warranty purchases...but you can buy 7 additional years to get it (SR-1000) out to a full 10-years for significantly less than buying another server. There is some piece of mind there. I do find it ironic that they sued Doremi/Dolby over their API to allow their TMS to have functionality yet they hold their own API so tight, for no good reason. Interoperability API should definitely be a DCI requirement. That was part of the point of DCI in the first place.
