*Projector is not in the lamp on state, The projector is in the Emergency state*

My Name is Abiodun and i have been working on Sony SRX- R510p and R515p projector for more than two years now. A sony projector was installed last month, and i was told that they powered it and the projector worked and played a movie for about 20 minutes, then they had a over voltage and the projector stopped working. So they called me.

On getting there i observed that the power supply fan was not rolling, after removing the power supply i confirmed it was not working. I opened it up and fix the power supply pack. Then the projector came back on.

I logged in with super logging details and saw so many errors..

I replaced the SY-401 battery that is CR2032 memory battery and the error code 342 fixed. I also logged in the supper password to clear error 3022. (Security authentication failed in the IMB unit.)

So, after all these errors., i had to do a deep cleaning on all the fans to clear many errors but the *Projector is not in the lamp on state, The projector is in the Emergency state*

I have been on it for a while now and my client is agitated already....and everything is getting messy.


I just wanted sony to assist me to get get the error message off the projector and we move to others asap.
