Barco S4 version 1.8.10 has been released.

I'd say that is is primarily a bug fix release for both the ICP-D and the ICMP.

If you are using an SP4K-B series with an ICP-D, this could be an important one if you've had it wake up without an image (or test pattern) or just a green haze.


Version 1.8.10 (Service release)

This version includes the ICMP Software 1.4.4.23 and ICP-D software 1.2.1.14

New feature:

• Support of SP2K-20C and SP2K-25C with SPD formatter

Bug fixes:

• ICMP: Major update of the internal FTP server of the ICMP fixing security issues
• ICMP/ICP-D: Fix an intermittent issue where one or multiple colour(s) were missing after startup of SP4K-xxB models.

Personally, the last "best" SP4K version I've found has been 1.8.5. Time will tell if 1.8.10 is a winner or not.

Now that you've brought it up, I have not. I would presume that it will be showing up soon though.
