Hi all,
Our CP4420 had an unexpected LOS shutdown.
Christie says: "Assuming that power was fine, LOS without power error points to a developing issue with the laser power supply (002-121897-01 54V Power Supply)".
LOG: 11-05 18:59:43.070 Photon CPhotonModule: rocessLogMessage 51 EVENT 0 ERROR Primary (key:0xc0000026) 0000 LOS without power LOS[1] 48729
After a reboot everything was fine again. Since the one-off event a week ago the projector has been working perfectly.
Have any of you had a problem like this with the Christie laser?
Should I be worried?
Replacing the LVPS is not a big deal.
