Got the email just now (though interestingly, the last one I received was for 1.1.9 - I presume that 1.2.0 through 1.2.2 were not publicly distributed). Upgrading from 1.1.9, the main new things listed in the release notes are as follows:
- Lots of tweaks, bug fixes, and UI improvements related to 3-D
- Support for the GDC SX-4000 with the ICP-D, including 2K 120 FPS playback
- Support for some new lens models (release notes don't specify which)
- Lasers can now be dimmed to 20%
- "Blocking of faulty laser"
- Graphical user interface for creating screen files, like in the old Communicator - no need to type in numbers anymore
- PNG test patterns can now be imported (presumably both to the ICMP and ICP-D)
- Fixes a bug that causes problems if more than one device on a LAN is trying to use the web UI on a single projector
