Barco alchemy and placeholder

Hello.
In the Barco Commander user guide there are references to special clips defined as placeholders, to replace momentarily unavailable content in playlist. But I cannot find this type of clip in our server. Is it possible to find these clips somewhere? How can I ingest them? Does someone already use the placeholder clips?

Hi Claudio,

I believe the placeholders you are referring to are the black pattern transitions on the Alchemy server. You can drag these into a playlist and define the duration. If you load a SPL in 'Show editor' on the Commander software, they appear under the 'Special' tab. You should have Auto 2D/3D, Black, Force 2D and Force 3D. They won't appear as a CPL in the Content tab.

Once you have dragged a pattern into the SPL builder, you can edit the duration and rename the clip so it functions as a placeholder for something you need to add later. It seems you can only do this in the Commander software, and not the web GUI.
