Creating a new cue for GDC

Is there anybody out there who can give me a step-by-step (or point me to an existing one) on how to create a new cue in our GDC system? (SX3000)

I already have cues made for some various volume settings and I just want to create a few more. But, I've been down every path I can find and can't seem to figure it out. Is there an online how-to anywhere?
