A post on 16mmFilmtalk.com in the equipment wanted section might be productive. And you might list maximum diameter that you can use, depends on projector clearances. For example, Eiki EX-6000 and etc. can't mount over 23 3/4" diameter takeup reel, and 24" reels were common.
