Intelsat 10-02

HI all.

Can anyone check they are getting a signal from this satellite? We're having problems here, trying to sort it out before Swan Lake tonight. Level is at 89 but Quality is at -.-db.

Edit: Our dish is on another another building and we found out that scaffolding had been built around it. The scaffold has been removed but still no luck, I'm assuming one of the scaffolders has knocked it out of alignment.

Intelsat 10-02 is an old one, but I guess it would've hit the news if something unrecoverable happened to it.

You may also check your coax cable, especially if it's a long run. I've seen similar issues with a pretty high level, but no quality due to reflections on the line due to a damaged coax cable.
