Phoenix Contact is the parent company for that style of connector. There are "compatible" knock off brands too. The key is to measure the spacing (pin to pin) to ensure that you are getting the right style. They make them in both imperial and metric spacings.
They are colloquially known as "Euroblock" connectors on the other side of the pond, and "Phoenix plugs" or "Phoenix connectors" here. Confusingly (for us), the name has nothing to do with the eponymous city in the Arizona desert, but is a German company with its US headquarters in Middlestown, PA. As you'll see from their website, they make a huge range of this style of plugs and receptacles, including to bespoke specs for individual product manufacturers.
From Frank's pic, these look like what I call "big QSC" Phoenix receptacles, such as are found (in three-pin versions) for the line in connections on DCA and Q-Sys amps ("little QSC" ones being the smaller version found on newer Q-Sys hardware). But I would second Dave's advise that it would be a very good idea to establish the actual specs from the OEM of the device or a trusted expert before ordering replacements.
