I have never been able to find any that are truly big enough for my hands, cause such a lot of condensation to build up on them within a minute or two that this becomes an issue in itself, and cause my hands to start aching within a minute or two of putting the gloves on. The size problem also applied to cotton gloves for film handling, Even the largest size available was never large enough to fit me comfortably.

I do hold the new battery in a dry wipe (which takes care of the fingerprint risk) and have the positive terminal on the holder encased in a drinking straw as I slide the battery into the holder in an ICMP. The extra risk involved in using a CR2477N versus a CR2477 is very small, but why take that risk if avoiding it adds no trouble or expense? Added to which, and comparing known brand names (not no-name batteries direct from a sweatshop in Bangbong via eBay), CR2477Ns are usually a buck or two more expensive than regular CR2477s, which is another reason not to use them in battery holders that don't specifically require them. The ICMP's holder can take either, but as Steve has noted in other threads, the Ns don't seat as snugly, and there is the slightly higher risk of an accidental short when inserting and removing them.

You must have hands like catcher's mitts!

I can wear large or extra large gloves. (Size 10, to be precise.) If I need a little extra room, I can stick an air hose nozzle down the cuff of the glove as I put it on and give it a few puffs of air to stretch the glove a little. There's a wire etch solution that we use that's made of sodium napthalene. When you use it, you have to double glove because the stuff can eat right through a single layer.

I do understand about the moisture problem. At the plating shop, I had to wear nitrile gloves inside a heavy, rubber, outer glove that comes up to the elbow. After a day of that, your hands are all pruned!
